Where to stay along the Sandstone Trail
There's plenty of comfortable accommodation to suit all tastes — from the simple to the luxurious — either on or within easy walking distance of Cheshire's Sandstone Trail.
An updated accommodation list is prepared each year by Cheshire County Council's Countryside Management team and copies are distributed to relevant Tourist Information Centres (TICs).

Sandstone Trail — Hotels, Inns, Farmhouses and B&Bs
More than fifty places to stay are listed from North to South along the Sandstone Trail, ranging from comfortable hotels and historic inns to friendly farmhouses and local bed and breakfast accommodation. Copies of the list can either be consulted at TICs or requested from them as a digital version sent via email.
You can also download a PDF version of the most recent Sandstone Trail accommodation list. Once downloaded, the Sandstone Trail accommodation list features direct links to the respective websites of each hotel, inn, pub, farmhouse, guesthouse, or bed and breakfast. In many cases, accommodation can be booked online.
